Increase the reaction temperature anduse micro-channel reactors to produce high-purity FePO4nanoparticles efficiently and safely.
FePO4 precipitationreaction is coupled with aging and purfication by increasing the reactiontemperature to 110 ℃. Micro-channel reactors are used for continuousprecipitation to ensure the uniformity of product morphology and avoid thesafety risks of hydrogen peroxide at high temperatures. 2. Synthesized FePO4 nanoparticles have goodelectro-chemical performance. FePO4 synthesized at 110 ℃ in amicroreactor was used to synthesize LiFePO4 cathode material andassembled into a button cell. The initial charging and discharging specificcapacity at a rate of 0.1C can reach 168.32 mAh/g,approaching theoretical specific capacityof FePO4 electrode. Specific capacity decrease at high rates is lesssignificant. Publication None. |
